Otro nuevo y gran fichaje del Huércal-Overa C.F.

Estos días se ha cerrado la contratación de un nuevo delantero para reforzar el ataque. Adjuntamos la noticia recogida en los medios murcianos.

Continuamos de pretemporada y hoy se jugará en el Hornillo el amistoso entre el Huércal-Overa C.F. y el Albox.

New Signing «Gabi»

A few days have gone by without any news coming out of “El Hornillo” but today we can bring you news of a great new signing Gabriel Ramos Acevedo  «Gabi».

Gabi grew up and Trained at junior level with CF Huercalense, both cadet and youth teams, debuting in the 2002/03 Preferente Andalusia Season.

In 2003/04 Gabi continued his development with CF Huecalenses at Juvenil Preferente level.

In 2005/06 Gabi began Preseason with the newly Promoted Huercalense to the Tercera then moved to Garrucha CF to continue development in the Regional Preferente Division, this was a shrewd decision by Jesus as the following season brought some big challenges.

2006/07 Was a big year for Gabi, when he signed for Almeria B after putting in some fantastic performances for CF Huercalenses in the Tercera Division. Gabi played with Almeria B for 2 seasons and within that time he was part of the team that gained promotion to the Segunda B Division.

In 2009/10 Gabi signed for Comarca de Níjar playing in the Tercera Division in Andalusia, Nijar had a very good season and just missed out on automatic promotion by 4 points. They did however enter the promotion play offs and only missed out at the last stage. Last season still with Nijar he played very consistently and helped Nijar to a 6^th place finish, with run outs in the Copa del Rey first round (narrowly losing out to UCAM Murcia on penalties) and reached the 2^nd round of the Federation Cup.

During his time at Nijar Gabi was voted the best Right Winger by the Andalusian Press within the Third Division Group IX 2 years running.

Physically Gabi is a player with great strength and technical ability as was seen in the preseason game against CD Mojacar. Gabi likes to be involved in the game and relishes the ball at his feet, he can beat a man then put in a deadly ball that we hope will give us good service from both flanks to our striker. His attacking prowess does not remove the fact that he is also very strong defensively tracking back and able to make a solid timed challenge…..

The club would like to welcome back Gabi to Huercal Overa CF and hope that he can help the team achieve its goals in the coming season…..

Continúan los fichajes en el Huércal-Overa C.F.

Después de unos días volvemos con una gran noticia, y es el gran fichaje hecho estos días del huercalense Gabriel Jesús Ramos Acevedo «Gabi».

Gabi creció y se formó en el C.F. Huercalense jugando infantil, cadete y juvenil, debutando en preferente en la temporada 2.002/2.003.

Las temporadas 2.003/04 y 2.004/05 continuó jugando en el C.F. Huercalense en Juvenil Preferente.

En 2.005/06 comienza la pretemporada con el Huercalense recién ascendido a tercera y es cedido al Garrucha C.F. en Regional Preferente, siendo repescado en la segunda vuelta y quedando el Huercalense en 7ª posición de la Tercera División Grupo IX.

La siguiente temporada 2.006/07 se hace uno de los jugadores más regulares en la segunda vuelta en Tercera, y acaba fichando por el Almería B, donde jugó dos temporadas y participó en los play-off de ascenso del Almería B a la Segunda División B.

En la temporada 2.009/10 firma por el Comarca de Níjar en Tercera, quedando a tan sólo 4 ptos de jugar los play off a Segunda B. En la 2.010/11 si jugó los play off y estuvo a punto de subir, siendo eliminado en la última ronda.

La pasada temporada terminó 6º con el Comarca de Níjar, disputando la primera ronda de la Copa del Rey y dos partidos en la 2ª eliminatoria de la Copa Federación.

Estos dos últimos años ha sido elegido por la prensa andaluza como el mejor lateral derecho del Grupo IX de la Tercera División Española.

Físicamente es un jugador con gran resistencia, con importante participación en el juego, gran recorrido en la banda que le permite intervenir en numerosas jugadas de ataque, sin descuidad su parcela defensiva.

Posee una gran calidad técnica, con muy buena salida de balón desde atrás y creando mucho peligro en sus centros laterales.

Gabi, bienvenido de nuevo a tu pueblo, bienvenido al Huércal-Overa C.F.

Match Report Huercal Overa CF v UD Almeria B

The future is looking bright for Huercal Overa CF after playing UD Almeria B (who play in the Segunda B division) at the Desert Springs Resort yesterday afternoon (Thursday 2^nd August)

Almeria took the lead after 10 minutes through a well worked move with good passing and movement, not long after this Almeria were awarded a penalty which was put away but goalkeeper Michel guessed correctly and wasn’t far away from a save.

Huercal Overa CF then seemed to grow from this with some good attacking runs down either flank, it was from one of these runs that Huercal Overa CF were awarded a free kick roughly 30 yards out. A good ball was played into the box and a knock down was met by Tomas Campanas to fire home to the joy of the Huercalanses.

Almeria took the 2-1 lead into the break and in the second half Huercal Overa CF were awarded their own penalty which Campanas put away confidently.

From the 30^th minute of the first half and the majority of the second Huercal Overa CF were playing on equal terms against a strong well drilled and vocal Almeria side , despite the absences of normal first team starters  Juan Martos, Jose Moreno, Finidi and Leo.

Huercal Overa CF had more chances to take the lead in the game creating more opportunities than the professional outfit and even hit the woodwork, but all in vain as Almeria were gifted a free Kick just outside the area which was curled into the top right hand corner ending the game 3-2 to Almeria.

There was a good turnout at Desert Springs including the Directors of Huercal Overa CF plus Alfonso Garcia the president of UD Almeria.

The club would like to thank the large number of British fans who made the journey to Desert Springs and were vocal throughout the game due to some questionable refereeing and look forward to seeing more and more as the campaign gets underway.

Gran partido del Huércal-Overa C.F. ante la UD Almería B

Muy buenas sensaciones en el gran partido que disputamos ayer por la tarde en Dessert Spring, contra la UD Almería B, equipo que milita en 2ªB.

Se adelantó el Almería y unos minutos después aumentaba su ventaja con un gol de penalty que fue muy protestado por el gran número de aficionados huercalenses desplazados hasta Cuevas del Almanzora.

Sobre el minuto 30, Campanas redujo distancias y nos fuimos al descanso 2-1.

En la segunda mitad un penalty claro puso las tablas por medio de Campanas, de nuevo.

Así, desde el mintuo 30 de la primera parte y la mayoría de la segunda, el Huércal-Overa C.F. estuvo jugando de tu a tu contra todo un Segunda B. A pesar de las ausencias de jugadores titulares como Juan Martos, José Moreno, Finidi y Leo.

Tuvimos más ocasiones claras que el equipo contrario, incluso un tiro a la cruceta. Y terminando el partido el Almería se impuso de un gol de falta directa. Resultado injusto, viendo el encuentro.

Hasta Cuevas del Almanzora se desplazaron numerosos seguidores del Huércal-Overa C.F., socios de otros años, nuevos, presidente y directiva (al igual que el presidente de la UD Almería Alfonso García, que también estuvo disfrutando del encuentro).

Desde aquí también dar las gracias el gran número de seguidores ingleses que este año van a seguir a pie de campo al Huércal-Overa C.F. y que también disfrutaron y protestaron algunas jugadas durante el partido.
